No more long locks for me!

We're on fall break this week which means half days only.  (yay!)  After working this morning I drove to Jonesboro to visit the uber-talented Courtney at Private Edition Salon.  (If you need someone to make your hair look fabulous, call her.)  We went to school together in Jonesboro, and she did my hair in Fayetteville.  I was beyond thrilled when she moved close to me again!

I was in desperate need; my hair had not been cut in over a year.  Fifteen months to be exact.  Yikes.

Today Courtney cut off just over 8 inches for me to send to the Pantene Beautiful Lengths program.  By the time she gave me my first real style in years, she had cut anywhere between 10-14 inches, depending on the layer.

It's still strange not feeling my long ponytail, but I think she did a great job!  Knowing my hair will be put to great use has made the "loss" no loss at all - so different than everyone said it would be!

Tomorrow it's back to Arkansas for the third weekend in a row.  I could get used to this!  I'm very ready for more football and fun with lots of friends!  WOO PIG!
